I appreciated the modern design, but the breakfast had limited variety and the room felt cramped and poorly lit. The helpful staff provided some good local dining recommendations, which was a nice touch.

The room was a mixed bag. It had a stylish and modern vibe, but the furniture seemed a bit outdated for a 4-5 star place. Oddly enough, there was a strange smell coming from the towels and linen. I appreciated the complimentary toiletries, but I wished for shampoo and conditioner instead of just soap. The design with views into the bathroom was cool but not very private. It was kept clean, though, which was nice.

The hotel features intriguing shower designs that bring a unique flair to the bathrooms, along with high-pressure powerful showers that ensure a refreshing cleanse. The location is also decent, being conveniently close to metro stations, making transportation around the city straightforward and efficient.
However, the rooms left much to be desired. the carpet in my accommodations showed significant wear and was outright dirty, which contributed to a shabby atmosphere. The furniture appeared dusty and chipped, while the bathroom design was confusing. there was no shower door, leading to water splashing everywhere. I encountered a lack of basic amenities, as there were insufficient hangers in the wardrobe and no kettle for making tea or coffee, which I found particularly disappointing given this hotel’s star rating. Additionally, the elevators are woefully inadequate. with only two to service many floors, my wait times often exceeded seven minutes.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for six nights. The bed was comfortable, which made for decent sleep each night. The breakfast options were quite good, with enough variety to start the day off right. I appreciated the helpful staff throughout my stay, which added a positive note to my experience. However, the room suffered from multiple maintenance issues. The bathroom light didn't work, and the adjacent socket was also out of order. The pool didn't receive much sunlight until the afternoon, limiting its usefulness. Overall, the atmosphere and location were nice, but serious attention to maintenance and guest experience is needed.

The hotel features a stunning grand design, complemented by a friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast options are ample and varied, catering to diverse tastes with fresh and healthy dishes. However, the hard bed made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep, and the lack of an in-room bathtub drain plug rendered the tub unusable. Furthermore, the inflexible breakfast payment policy was unexpected and added to my frustrations during the stay.

The buffet breakfast had a decent spread, but if you're a foodie, it might not wow your palate. I found the local eats nearby, like La Pasta Fresca and Cervejaria Ti Jorge, really made up for it! Plus, the staff went the extra mile with some thoughtful gestures during my stay.
Now, let’s spill the beans on the executive suite. We were shocked by the lack of amenities—no separate shower in the tub and a supremely high washbasin. And the TV? Not even a smart one! On top of that, the breakfast left much to be desired with soggy bacon and overcooked eggs.
